What data we collect

When you register interest in a workshop date we collect your name, email address, and timezone. When you submit a business enquiry we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We do not collect payment card details — payments are handled separately through Ursatile Ltd once a date is confirmed.

How we use your data

We use your contact information solely to communicate about the workshop you expressed interest in or enquired about: to confirm or cancel a date, to invite you to pay when a date is confirmed, and to respond to enquiries. We do not use your data for marketing beyond these communications.

We share your name and email with co-presenter Dylan Beattie / Ursatile Ltd for the purposes of delivering the workshop and processing payment. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.

Data retention

We retain your contact details for as long as necessary to administer the workshop booking. If a date is cancelled and you do not transfer to another date, your registration data is deleted within 90 days.
