What data we collect

Public workshop places are booked through Eventbrite, which collects your booking and payment details under its own privacy policy and passes your name and email address to us as the event organiser. When you submit a business enquiry on this site we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. We never see or store your payment card details.

How we use your data

We use your contact information solely to communicate about the workshop you booked or enquired about: to send joining instructions, to tell you if a date changes or is cancelled, and to respond to enquiries. We do not use your data for marketing beyond these communications.

Your name and email are shared between the workshop's co-presenters — Dylan Beattie (Ursatile Ltd) and Emmz Rendle (Daemonic Ltd) — for the purposes of delivering the workshop and processing payment. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.

Data retention

We retain your contact details for as long as necessary to administer the workshop booking. If a date is cancelled and you do not transfer to another date, your booking data is deleted within 90 days.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.
