Terms and Conditions
Last updated: June 2026. This is a draft for review — it has not been reviewed by a solicitor and should not be relied upon as legal advice.
These terms apply to registration of interest in, and attendance at, public Mastering Claude Code workshops operated by Daemonic Ltd. Business/private workshops are subject to a separate agreement.
Registering interest
Registering interest in a public workshop date is not a booking and incurs no obligation or payment. We will contact you when a date reaches the minimum number of participants with instructions for confirming your place and paying.
Confirmation and payment
Places on a confirmed date are secured by payment of £250 per person (plus VAT where applicable). Payment is invoiced and collected through Ursatile Ltd. Your place is confirmed once payment is received.
Cancellations by participants
- More than 14 days before the workshop: full refund.
- 7–14 days before: 50% refund.
- Fewer than 7 days before: no refund, but you may transfer your place to another person attending the same date.
- Transfer to a future date is available at our discretion.
Cancellations by organisers
If a date is cancelled because it does not reach the minimum number of participants, all registered participants will receive at least 14 days' notice and a full refund of any payment made. We are not liable for travel or accommodation costs incurred.
If a date is cancelled for any other reason (e.g. presenter illness), we will offer a transfer to the next available date or a full refund.
Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward presenters and other participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a way that disrupts the session or causes harm to others, without refund.
Limitation of liability
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your place. We are not liable for indirect losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
