Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to booking of, and attendance at, public Effective Claude Code workshops operated by Ursatile Ltd. Business/private workshops are subject to a separate agreement.
Booking and payment
Places on public dates are booked through Eventbrite at £500 per person (plus VAT where applicable). Payment is collected via Eventbrite on behalf of Ursatile Ltd, and your place is confirmed once Eventbrite confirms your ticket purchase. Eventbrite's own terms apply to the checkout process.
Cancellations by participants
- More than 14 days before the workshop: full refund.
- 7–14 days before: 50% refund.
- Fewer than 7 days before: no refund, but you may transfer your place to another person attending the same date.
- Transfer to a future date is available at our discretion.
Cancellations by organisers
If we cancel a date for any reason (e.g. presenter illness, or insufficient bookings), all ticket holders will be offered a transfer to the next available date or a full refund. We are not liable for travel or accommodation costs incurred.
Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward presenters and other participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves in a way that disrupts the session or causes harm to others, without refund.
Limitation of liability
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for your place. We are not liable for indirect losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
